You paste a product link
From your dashboard, submit a link from Taobao, Weidian, 1688, or Tmall — plus size, color, and quantity notes. This is a request, not a payment.

We reply with a quote
Within one business day, we post a firm quote in USD covering the item price and domestic Chinese shipping to our warehouse. No purchasing service fee.
- 03
You pay — we buy
Once you approve the quote and pay by card, our purchasing agent buys the item from the seller the same day.

Item arrives at our warehouse
Items land at our Huizhou facility. Free storage for 90 days. You'll get an email the moment it arrives.
- 05
QC photos & approval
We upload up to 6 HD photos of every item. Review them in your dashboard. Approve to keep, or request a return / refund if something's wrong.
- 06
Consolidate & ship
Once you have items you want to ship, request a parcel. We weigh, quote shipping, you pay, we pack and hand off to your chosen carrier with a tracking number.
