Which sites can I buy from?

Taobao, Weidian, 1688, and Tmall are officially supported. If you have a link from another Chinese marketplace, submit it as 'Other' and we'll take a look.

How long does a quote take?

One business day is our target. Complex or high-value items may take longer.

How long can items stay in your warehouse?

90 days of free storage from the day they arrive at our Huizhou warehouse.

Do you take QC photos?

Yes. Every member gets 5 free Standard QC shoots per calendar month. After that, Standard QC is $1 per item and Premium QC (video + measurements + 15+ photos) is $5 per item. VIP members get unlimited Standard QC and pay $2 for Premium.

What if the item is defective?

If QC shows the item is defective, misdescribed, or not what you ordered, we'll handle a return or refund with the Chinese seller (¥15 processing fee).

Which shipping lines do you offer?

Economy Sea/Air, Standard Air, and Priority Express. Availability and restrictions depend on your country and item.

Are there restricted items?

Yes — batteries, liquids, food, weapons and replica firearms, and certain branded goods can be restricted by carrier or destination country. Check the item during quoting.

How do I pay?

Credit / debit card via Stripe. Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay supported.
